  1. Services Provided

Mershil Advisors delivers the accounting and financial needs of the company from the outside, which are the services of bookkeeping, payroll, tax return, BAS, SMSFs, and audit support, among others. The exact description of the services will be mentioned in the client’s individual engagement agreements.

  1. Engagement and Scope

We will sign a written agreement for the scope and nature of services. We always strive to provide customer services in a high quality and timely manner, however, client cooperation is necessary for the success of our organization.

  1. User Responsibilities

You are required to ensure that any laws or regulations outside of our control, we comply with.

  1. Intellectual Property

All the content of the Mershil Advisors’ website, including trademarks, logos, brand creatives, blogs, downloadable files and other materials, belongs to Mershil Advisors and is protected under rigorous copyright laws. Unauthorized use of anything owned by Mershil Advisors for specific purposes (approved by Mershil Advisors prior in writing) is strictly prohibited.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Security

We do not disclose your information to anyone else, but we do have obligations under Australian law that require us to report to tax authorities.

  1. Limitation of Liability

As far as is legally possible, Mershil Advisors shall not under any circumstances be responsible to pay for any such direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages as those resulting from the use of their services or reliance on the content they provide.

  1. Indemnity

Mershil Advisors shall be indemnified by the clients who will therefore be responsible for all the claims, losses, or damages that may result from the misuse of services or from the violation of these Terms.

  1. Termination

By sending a notice confirming the termination, both parties have the option to end the collaboration at any time. After the agreement is terminated, the payment of any outstanding invoices for services rendered will still be required.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The point of view in these Terms is that Australian laws are in charge, and any conflicts will be resolved in Australian courts.

  1. Modifications

We can revise these Terms now and then, with the changes being published on our website. Use of services after the amendment means consent to the new Terms.
